is it possible that there is a module that can give the possibility to upload image from another website just by paste the URL of image in a field in node to create an image cash for view of the page of the content type of the node ?

Take a look at filefield_sources:

http://drupal.org/project/filefield_sources

It allows you to choose from several options for uploads to a CCK File Field including specifying a remote URL.
