Install the module, then go to /admin/settings/drupal_ftp. From there, you will enter the ftp info for the server you want to support. You may also wish to change the access settings at /admin/user/access.

Hope that helps!

This thing looks good, but how do you use it? (I am relatively new to Drupal). I don't see any menu or button where I can invoke the code via Drupal.

Can anyone give a hint what comes after I entered the ftp info?
A use of ftp inside my drupal would be a milestone for me!

Thanks!

hey guys,

it looks like the following pages are available with this module (a quick look inside the .module file will show this):

http://yoursite.com/ftp/browse
ftp/dl
ftp/transfer

this is an API, to be used by hardcore developers at this point. i doubt i'll actually do anything more with it till d7, where we now have #227232: Support PHP stream wrappers.
