There were serious problems with users not being able to update any data on their profiles after registration. I think it's fixed now. Notice that after following my setup instructions in the README that there will now only be two links on a user's edit page - General settings, and Personal data. Personal data will take you to the pageroute instead of the pages directly. That seems to do the trick. I think there are settings that need updating in the README. Most notably, use tabs in your pageroutes instead of buttons.

I think enough has changed lately to have a new official release. Since the dev release prior to this, I found that I screwed something up with disabling menu items. Should be fixed now. If the menu cache doesn't clear like it is supposed to, visit the menu admin page or clear the table manually. And let me know if it gives you a problem.
