Integrate Userpoints picture patch: Undefined index watchdog error (userpoints picture)

Hi there,

Userpoints picture creates undefined index errors in watchdog on every page request on our commons install (creating some DB performance issues in our case).

http://drupal.org/node/1075668#comment-5926324 contains my patch for ensuring that points is always present in the params array.
