ffmpeg conversion not run on node update

There's a hook missing in the ffmpeg_helper module that keeps it from reconverting on node updates.

Now, arguably, it should schedule the conversion only if a new file was uploaded, but this patch schedules the conversion on any update. It fixes a few issues we were having with node editing.
