how much database space can save clearing all log entries?

Depends how big your watchdog table is. If you're just trying to save space and don't ever look at the "Recent log message" page I would suggest you disable (and uninstall) the Database Logging module.

I have the Database Logging module but it's disabled and there are no options to uninstall it, I can just delete its files.

Don't delete it's files, it is part of Drupal core and does not take up much space. Since it's disabled you won't have the watchdog table and therefore you don't need this module.
