Installed this and the tab doesn't show at admin/people/permissions/limits. I've been over the code pretty thoroughly and I can't see anything wrong. Some simple tests determined that role_limits_menu is in fact being called by hook_menu. This is 7.x-1.1 on a Drupal 7.12 install. Thank you for any help!

What theme are you using? Can you try switching to a default theme? Note that I have tested this below with Bartik so I don't think it's the code. See this screenshot: https://skitch.com/kennysilanskas/835q5/limits-tab
