thanks for this awesome template framework..
but unfortunately even in fresh install of drupal 7 and fusion starter, in ie 7-8 all region are broke and all appear bottom of each other but in IE9 working fine...as you know even in the win 7 default IE are IE8 and most of internet user using IE...

Fusion's layout is solid and thoroughly tested in all popular browsers, including IE7 and 8; most likely your configuration settings are not set to properly support IE7 and 8.

Have you installed the Fusion Accelerator module and its dependencies? Is the site you are testing in utilizing the responsive layouts provided by Accelerator? If so, have you enabled the fusion_responsive_ie submodule and followed the directions in that submodule's README.txt file to ensure the support is properly configured?

Any other details you can give me about your set up will allow me to better help you troubleshoot this issue. A link to the site where the issue is occurring would be the most helpful.

If this issue is in fact in regards to responsive layouts I can confirm failure of responsive layout in IE 6,7,8 after following the installation documentation at http://drupal.org/node/1513880 including Libraries module, sites/all/libraries/css3-mediaqueries/css3-mediaqueries.js and Responsive layouts for IE 6-8" module enabled and option checked. This was confirmed by the missing '1200', '960', '768','mobile' tags normally present when logged in as administrator.
This appears to be caused by an as yet unknown error in Home » Administration » Appearance » Settings » Support IE 6-8 form since I cannot enable/disable this option from Internet Explorer but I can with Firefox.

I had the identical problem to majik1, and the checkbox issue remains.
However, in case anyone else follows all the instructions and still runs into problems. Make sure you double check the permissions on the .js file. Wont fixed the messed up checkbox, but was what was preventing the css from applying still for me.

Same problem for me !
All instructions of http://drupal.org/node/1513880 followed. And also those of Sheena
The regions still appears in the bottom of each others...

If this problem is still present, we'd like to help but I believe sheena_d asked for a site where we could see the behavior. Is that possible? (FWIW, though we will not be supporting 6/7 for very long as we will follow the same methods of Drupal core by supporting current version, 9, and previous: 8)
