Very useful module, thanks.

Problem: When using higher ASCII characters, they are displayed incorrectly in email client. This is probably caused by missing UTF-8 encoding information of email body.

This should be fixed in the latest 5.x-2.x CVS with the update at http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=76372

I will try to get an official point release soon.
