A complete rewrite of the module, now using the Site Maintenance interface. Implemented as well:

  • Removed $message in favor of form text replacement
  • Used URL as redirect instead of a Read More link
• #931244: make user accounts read-only too: Disable user edit/register
• #931246: Add permission giving control over which users can edit: Allow used uid 1 to edit
• Add hook_uninstall() to clean up variabels after uninstalling.
• Removed package name to retain module guidelines
