When advagg is enabled, Garland theme keeps blue whatever is the color set selection.
Tried flushing everything, same behaviour

I've the same problem.

Only on the Advanced CSS/JS Aggregation configuration site (/admin/settings/advagg) the colors are displayed correctly.

Within CSS File on the information site the correct garland color-directory style.css link is listed.

Sounds similar to a fix I put in the 7.x branch. If someone wants to port it over I'll commit it. Until then I'm going to mark this as won't fix, as in I'm not going to create a patch for this. #2461039: Investigate core color module
