At line 188 in classified_notifications.module, there is a dsm() function wich cause an error, if you don't have the devel module, after running the cron:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function dsm() in /drupal/sites/all/modules/ed_classified/modules/classified_notifications/classified_notifications.module on line 188.
