Travis,

I upgrade as you mentioned to the latest version.

Tested on the following browsers - Firefox, Flock, Opera, and IE7

To report issues I am having..

1. Video Not Available - I think this has to do with files being not uploaded?

a. not being uploaded? Checked directory, files are not there.
b. flashvideo_playlist.php is empty

2. Can't upload files - reporting exceeding limit

The selected file movie.wmv can not be attached to this post, because the disk quota of 10 MB has been reached.

file is actually 1.4MB

The selected file DrzVI_5UK3c.flv can not be attached to this post, because the disk quota of 10 MB has been reached.

actual file size 3.4 MB

php ini settings

Actual Settings:
post_max_size=100M
upload_max_filesize=100M
max_execution_time=3600
max_input_time=1000

I am also getting this message

FlashVideo has determined that you do not have FFMPEG installed on this machine. You can still use this module without FFMPEG, however server-side video conversions will not occur.

Time to troubleshoot again, when I get a chance. Thanks

Thanks,

Mark

can it be my hosting company. Anyone using ixwebhosting here and having the same problems?

It might be the hosting company, mrgoltra... I have personally never seen this error message before. Also, if you don't have FFMPEG installed, then the thumbnails won't work either. I use FFMPEG to generate the thumbnails.

Thanks,

Travis.

Travis,

FFMPEG is installed. It conversion worked on previous version (2.1). Only problem with previous version is thumbnails.... I will keep you posted.

Thank you for all the support.

Mark

mrgoltra,

Would you be willing to give me all of your server, login, FTP information? I might have some extra time to look into this for you.

Thanks,

Travis.

I have seen the same "because the disk quota of 1 MB has been reached" message for the first time over the weekend. I am not using FlashVideo, so the msg seems to be coming from elsewhere. The message is generated from upload.module:454.

Looking into it and will report back..

Indeed there is a per-user maximum uploaded files total quota. Admin can set this value in /admin/settings/uploads with the form field:

Default total file size per user: [text-field] MB
The default maximum size of all files a user can have on the site.

Cranking that value up fixed this part of your issue in my case.
