I had some problem with the block not rendering for anonymous users. Added BLOCK_NO_CACHE for the cache setting on the block to resolve this.

This is definitely required and should be committed! If this is not included and you have block caching turned on, it will show the same cached block for every page for every user of the same role. Thanks for the patch!
