There seems to be nothing in style.css to format the forum module. We copied such classes from bluemarine and pasted them into the Andreas09 theme. Much Better!!! Suggest you consider the same as a starting point.

I copied the forum classes from bluemarine to style.css and it makes no changes to my forum whatsoever. In addition I have tried to install flatforum and the css has no effect whatsoever. The template.php from flatforum seems to be having no effect. ???

Maybe you should try emptying your web browser cache, or holding down the shift key wen pressing the reload page while in the Forum area. Possibly your browser did not download the new CSS file.

Also worth a try, download the CSS file by typing the URL and see that the CSS file has actually been updated.

Took a lot of cache emptying and messing about, but it's now finally working! Thanks!
