Can anyone please explain the errors we have had implementing the Gallery module for a customer''s slideshow on the website?
We have reduced the file size of the photos, and we can no longer replicate the errors, but the customer says they still get it on multiple "new" computers???

just looked at it and had no problems
used Firefox 12 and IE 8

Can you specify what errors are occurring?

Sorry, the errors were a time out error, it would seem, with a black bar with error type in it, unfortunately I can not replicate to send info, but the customer says it still is on theirs.

We have tried Mac and PC computers, customer says he has latest computer and IE8 and has issues and ALL his contacts he has sent the link to does as well.

We did have the errors originally, but once we made the photos smaller, and had less, the errors disappeared. Is there anything in the code that looks pod, it seems it was trying to load all photos in the gallery, and then would time out?
