Is it possible, insted of having an "isolated messaging service", to represent features, like inbox and sendbox in a view, to integrate with page manager?? The only ting i've found is the send message to user associated with user content.

No, this module doesn't have views/panels integration (source: this response by the maintainer of Private Message)

That said, you can use hooks in your own custom module and the provided template files to customize the display.
