Hi,
i'm looking for a solution to create galleries and sub galleries,and the lightbox can go through the selected gallery regardless who many pages this gallery has.
i tried, Image module. and gallery assist and photo album, but none of them cover this, also lightbox2 or colorbox have problems with pagination, so if the gallery has more than one page, they can only view the page i'm in not the whole gallery. please help.

One option would be using Views, with AJAX on, and a lightbox module(colorbox, lightbox2) for starting a solution but this could be very slow pulling in big photos.

I may not understand what you are looking for. Would you post some links to sites that currently do this?
