When rolled over, the whole Rate This: block drops below the first set of stars. If I roll off the star, the Rate this block snaps back to the original position.

It seems to be fine in other browsers.

It seems to be ok in 9.10 - any idea why this is happening?

I just tested this in Opera 9.21 on this page and couldn't reproduce the problem. Can you provide a page that exhibits this?
