Drupal.org Google Co-op (custom search engine). I've added this to my Google homepage and it's a nice time saver- just click the 'Add' button on the homepage.
Also, I've found that Google cache is very handy for when d.o is down or sluggish.

Add Drupal.org and API.Drupal.org to Firefox's search:

Some great little snippets and advise there. I can second that google cache as an INVALUABLE resource if drupal.org is down or slow.

A few weeks ago (for whatever reason) I couldn't access drupal.org at all, all I got was timeouts and 404's, if a page did load it would need 80secs + to load each page after each click. I was in short, unable to work. I started searching drupal.org with google, so that I could at least reduce the wait time when searching for modules/forum posts, and then realised the site was cached! It pretty much saved the day.

Nice info! I'm gonna check out that Google co-op search too, sounds sweet! For those who need it, heres a link to the google gadget in question (make sure your logged into google first ;) )

you can also use "site:drupal.org keyword" to search in google restricting only to drupal.org

for example; http://www.google.com/search?q=site:drupal.org+clean+url
