Hi,
When I go to [mySite]/filedepot I do not see anything. It is a blank page! I created a content from filedepot_folder Content Type and uploaded couple of Microsoft Word files through there. When I try to view them, I just see:
User Bar First
User Bar Second
Branding
Header First
Header Second
Menu
(These are not content of my files)
When I Edit my content and click on links for these Word documents from there, I get "You are not authorized to access this page."
Could you please help me set up my filedepot?
Thanks,

msDrupal commentedHi Blaine,
Thanks for the quick rsponse. I have been struggling with this for a few days and I have not been able to find any straight forward documentation, post, article or video that addresses this issue. I saw only this related to my issue that has not been answered. Could you please post couple of links that can help me. I really appreciate your help.

newmember commentedMake sure you are using the correct module version of Libraries (libraries) 7.x-1.0.

blainelang commentedHere are a few issues with some history. The best answer is to carefully follow the installation steps in the README and if your still having issues, install firebug or other browser javascript console and post the actual javascript error. Check your drupal logs and web server logs for other potential issues.

sumeet.pareek commentedI had a similar problem with 6.x version of filedepot running with OpenAtrium. No UI showed up on the filedepot page. That happened because of missing JS files, which I had to add per this - http://drupal.org/node/1420000
That solved it for me.
