Right now, the new menu system isn't doing a good job of handling breadcrumbs (and titles) for menu callbacks. This is related to them not being loaded in the menu tree queries since we set hidden = -1 to distinguish them from 'normal' menu links that are hidden.

However, a patch needs to wait for: http://drupal.org/node/151583
