For 10 years or so I use Statcounter.com in all my sites. In CorporateClean it doesn't work. The only difference I see in the source code of a page is that a section of the script with three vars is enclosed in CDATA escape.

I see in many tickets in Drupal site that this enclosure, probably necessary in XHTML, makes various problems also for other people. So, it seems XHTML is not good choice for a theme.

Nevertheless, do anybody has a solution for this problem?

Problem gets serious as also player using javascript doesn't work.
