Hi. I have a clean install of drupal (well, it's a clean Commerce Kickstart (http://drupal.org/project/commerce_kickstart) install so, I don't know if you'd consider that fully "clean") with Zen 7.x-5.0.

There's a horizontal scrollbar at the bottom.

When I moved back to Zen 7.x-3.0 the horizontal scroll bar is not present.

ps. I'm super psyched to see Zen moving to HTML5.

Does the scrollbar appear when you select Zen as your default theme? I assume you are currently using a sub-theme at the moment.

Adding position: relative to #main as in this fix #1554848: Vertical positioning of navigation is wrong/too high also fixes this horizontal scrollbar problem. Anyone know why?

Same problem here with a Zen sub-theme and also with the Zen theme.
The scrollbar appears when I make the browser 1200 pixels wide or wider. If the browser is smaller the horizontal scrollbar disappears.

Tested on a MacPro with Safari, Firefox and Chrome

Had the same issue with

  • 5.0 Zen stock
  • Drupal 7.14 stock

Updating Zen to 5.x-dev and copying the sass dir into my sub theme and then kicking off compass to re-render the CSS has fixed the issue.

Updating to 5.x-dev seems to have fixed it for me to.

Was also running 7.14 core.

Looks like this is fixed in 7.x-5.1 then.
