Hi
coming from http://drupal.org/node/1454736
the issue is that the token you can get from FB expires in 2 hours. The module is not ready to get the extended permissions FB offers.
This is probably the last step to get a fully working setup to publish both in a profile or page.

Dave Cohen commentedIf you're hosting the app on drupal, fb_stream.module will provide a link to get a token with offline_access, publish_stream, and manage_pages permissions. I'm not sure what you mean, "The module is not ready to get the extended permissions FB offers."
Yes, facebook has deprecated offline_access, which is a PIA. I'm still not sure what to do about that.
If you're not hosting the app on drupal, you're on your own to generate a token.

cimo75 commentedHi
so, creating a token automatically with the FB stream module should solve the expiration problem?
Creating a token from within the application in FB never worked for me, it gets one but when I save i always get
Unable to query graph with fb_stream token.: fb_graph failed querying me. OAuthException: Malformed access token ******************************************************************expires
There was an error using the current access token, ************************************************************&expires. Consider generating a new token.

cimo75 commented...creating a token directly from the developer page does work but expires in 2 hours..

Dave Cohen commentedWhen it generates that token, try manually deleting the "&expires" at the end. I'm not sure why that is there, it's not when I test it, but another user reported the same thing. I hope without the &expires at the end, the access token will be valid.

cimo75 commentedYes it works Dave, thanks !!

diego.paroni commentedHow you can get unexpired access token:
1) into app's advanced settings: "Remove offline_access permission: disabled"
2) replace MY_API_KEY with app ID and click:
https://graph.facebook.com/oauth/authorize?client_id=MY_API_KEY&redirect...
(and accept for permissions)
3) you are redirect on http://www.facebook.com/connect/login_success.html?code=MY_VERIFICATION_...
Copy MY_VERIFICATION_CODE and paste on url:
https://graph.facebook.com/oauth/access_token?client_id=MY_API_KEY&redir...
Facebook will respond with access_token=MY_ACCESS_TOKEN
Verify token's expiration here:
