Creating a Taxonomy Browser

I understand that one of the biggest problems with Drupal is that there is such a lack of documentation for modules and one of the reasons for that is because no one is willing to help out and actually write the documentation.

Well, I am willing to write some documentation for this module if someone could point me in the right direction on certain things. I want to create a taxonomy browser like it says in the description, but I can't for the life of me figure out what to do. Everything I've read so far is just so unclear. I've heard that I have to put something in the Add Content area, but what?
