Disable forward setting for content types not supporting it

Currently we handle social link settings but don't do anything for follow links. Follow links are enabled by default for all content types. We should therefore disable them selectively for Debut features-supplied content types. For example, member-only content in debut_member should not display follow links. See #1452852: Don't promote restricted content or allow forwarding.
