When a user uses the "log in" links it usually appends the ?destination values. Same for "register" links.
Some modules like r4032login will redirect users to the login page if they don't have access to a page.
It would be nice if that ?destination value is passed to the "create new account" tab.

Hi there, it seems working like that already eg.
if you pass
http://yourdomain/user/register?destination=yourpath
Where user/register is the "Create new account(active tab" link you will redirect to the destination path after the registration.

Yeah, I agree with @magunz if you need the login links to automatically redirect the user back, then you will need to generate a dynamic menu link (e.g. with a custom block) and include the ?destination query parameter.

Closing until this can be clarified.
