It would be useful if there were a setting to toggle whether non-required fields show up on the "Complete your profile" page, perhaps by respecting the field setting for whether the field should be displayed on the registration form. I have a bunch of optional user fields that I don't want to bog down users registering via FB.

This is now implemented with http://drupalcode.org/project/complete_profile.git/commit/c19a7ae. The only fields that will show up on the complete profile are any empty required fields, and any empty fields configured to display on the registration form.
