I am currently using Drupal 6.22 with php 5.2. Now i want to upgrade my php to 5.3 due to some server security issues.
Please guide me? Its very urgent...

There should be no issues with drupal 6.22 and php 5.3. Drupal works fine with 5.3 since version 6.15. http://groups.drupal.org/node/207038
