It says this is a required field. It should not be. But if it is to remain a required field then it should be moved up before the Field List.

I'll make it that if no role is selected, it assumes the Authorized role.

Why? I don't necessarily want to select my users based on a role.

The Authorized role is the same as "all users", that's why it's currently required: not wanting to select a role is the same as selecting the authorized role.
