I just upgraded my site from 7.12 to 7.14 and when running update.php I receive a huge long list of php warnings and notices for the list and taxonomy modules:

Taxonomy function that causes errors:

Field List Module:

}

Seems that since the update the hook_options_list function now takes 3 more parameters:

$instance, $entity_type, $entity

Previously there was only one parameter, namely $field.

So far I have not noticed these notices anywhere else on the site. Is it my setup that is causing this?

Actually I am lying. It is filling up my dblog reports extremely fast (50 pages fo far in less than 10 minutes and counting).

Has anyone else notices anything like this?

So my solution was to temporarily roll back those 2 functions to the d.7.12 versions - and alas the warnings and notices have vanished.

Just until someone comes up with a fix.

Just updated a second site with a different setup / modules / content to d7.14 and have the exact same error messages again!

I think I'm not gonna update my site by the moment. I don't understand why there isn't an easier update to drupal core same as other drupal module. Automatic installation is needed.

Thank goodness for 1) checking an update on a dev-site FIRST ... and 2) automatic backups for said dev-site to recover from!

@Webchick - Will there be a wrap up of the current floating around patches (once peer reviewed) for a 7.15 release?
