Localize and API particularly need these since their primary modules are doing well in D7.

http://api.7.devdrupal.org/ is now doing well. I'm focusing on QA and Localize next (a lot of the underlying work has been done for each site already.)

qa.7.devdrupal.org and dev sites for that are doing well. Each additional site needs that site's modules added to BZR now.

http://localize.7.devdrupal.org/ is now working. Now all subsites can proceed to go to D7 in their own issues.
