Make sure NodeStream works without views

We should make sure all of NS Core works together without views. This means that we can't have views as a hard dependency on views anywhere.

We can of course improve the user experience when views is enabled, for instance by providing views for displaying search views with references dialog, but it shouldn't be a requirement.
