I wasn't sure where else to post this. I have a self-hosted Drupal site, and decided to try the Qualys Freescan available at http://freescan.qualys.com
It took a very long time (I eventually cancelled it), and was watching in Google Analytics which didn't show much of anything.
It wasn't until I loaded my site and checked the comment queue (protected by Mollom text analysis) that I noticed something odd. The whole time the scan was going on, the queue was filling up! By the time I cancelled, I had over 2000 blocked comments, and about 25 that made it through.
Hopefully this will help others who are considering the use of Qualys's free scan.

We rarely see such issues but its the nature of scanning and we typically work wit customers to resolve these anomalies.
