Initial 7.x release version, based on the work of #1251258: D7 port (@dalin) and #1251240: Context block reaction lists blocks without calling hook_block_info_alter(). (@fabianx). This module is only useful to avoid a patch on the context module and should be marked as non-useful when the patch #1251240: Context block reaction lists blocks without calling hook_block_info_alter(). will be commited into context and released.
