When you preview your import (right before you hit Apply (import nodes)), it does not show linked nodes that are linked through the CCK Linked nodes module.

I suppose you mean Nodereference in the CCK module package itself?

Fixed in 5.x-1.8 released later today.

BTW: only nodes that exist before the preview will be shown as linked. By design it is too difficult to show the linked nodes that are created during the import itself although the nodes and link will be created correctly if you only reference nodes created by the rows before it.
