We're using a Drupal 5x system with one of our portals, unfortunately there's no module that I can find which will lock a user's account after 3 failed login attempts. If anyone is familiar or aware of the Drupal system or how it is coded we'd be definitely interested to take this project further and possibly look into payment for your work for developing such a module for our system.
