Description

I have a site with different types of member doing different things. I allow them to sign up for a role with different priveleges and abilities. It sure would be very helpful if there was a way to create a different disclaimer for different roles.

e.g. someone uploading and accessing video requires a different disclaimer than someone who is maintaining a blog. Yes, one could both both sets of text on a single form, but the user might balk at signing rights to something they don't want to. Perhaps an individual is interested to sell their product (also part of the site) and wishes to retain rights to their content. This person would need a different disclaimer than someone who is just adding their image for the community.

Understood, currently you can only allow certain roles to bypass the disclaimer.
dot_Disclaimer was a quick and dirty module created to fullfill the needs of a site I was working on. By quick and dirty I mean that it doesn't create any tables and is essentially a simple form_alter hook.

If people are finding this usefull I will gladly turn it into a full fledged module with its own tables, tracking and the feature you mentioned.
I agree that role support would be a nice feature.

Currently It doesn't appear that that many people are using this module, so I have set the status to won't fix.
If you really really need this functionality, and this is the only module providing this type of functionality, say please and I will set the status back to active and add the features you requested.

Do you need these features for the 4.7 version only?

I am considering making this change, wondering how many users out there might also find this useful.
