this is a bigger problem, because Drupal core is running with jquery 1.4
Just use this theme for front pages and select admin theme for that ;)

This problem occurs because twitter_bootstrap rewrites the ajax input.edit-refresh to a button. I'll try post a patch soon.

Maybe there is a better way but I have attached a patch that I believe will solve the issue.
