monster_menus 7.x-1.6

New Feature:
- Add optional cacheing of calculated node/page permissions. This can be found in the "General" section of admin/mm/settings.

Bug Fixes:
- Fix a typo that would cause a SQL error when the limit_write flag is used and a non-admin tries to save a page's settings
- Fix a SQL error when the URL contains a bad URL, followed by one or more reserved words
- Fix a database-level error when copying a page with its nodes, due to a difference in the way node_save() works in D7
- Allow more email addresses to be entered into the field for the virtual group error report
- Fix the lack of a vertical scroll bar in the right hand pane of tree browsers. IE 8 and IE 9 still have (differing) problems, but at least you can scroll with the mouse. Firefox and Safari work perfectly.
- Fix a SQL error when a page is in the recycle bin
- Fix a possible incorrect warning message
- When generating a redirector node's contents, only do the redirection if the node is being viewed using "full" or "teaser" mode. This prevents search index regeneration from causing the redirector to trigger.
- Fix version dependency in mm_fields_perms
