Rules Translation does not export into feature

I am using Rules 7.x-2.1 which not allows to translate the rules.

I have a rule which displays a message on the site.

I have translated this message, but when I export the rule, the translated values are not added to the rules.inc file.

Is there another way to add translated values to a feature? or is this not working properly?
