If I have a submit button, with a submit handler correctly set and #limit_validation_errors set to an empty array, the widget still gives an error and will not allow the form to be submitted.

multiselect-7.x-1.8 is no longer supported, because Drupal 7 is no longer supported.

Can you confirm if this is still an issue in multiselect-2.0.0-beta4?
