I have a great idea for Drupal 7.

There is already a well developed ticket support module for both Drupal 6/7.

For Drupal 7, if someone can create a module that allows one to add a new field to the ticket content type which provided a drop down list to let the user to select the order he/she is referring to. This would allow us to use this "Support Ticketing System" for Ubercart without reinventing the wheel.

In the mean time, one could manually create a new field for user to type in the order number that the support ticket is referring to.
