Version 3.x is a complete rewrite of the theme.

DONE:
• Fixed a lot of bugs from the issue queue
• Added a few feature requests from issue queue
• Style sheets are now broken up: style.css, layout.css, icons.css, and ie6.css (a separate style sheet for wonderfully lame IE6)
• Created a separate stylesheet for IE6 (Grrrrrr)
• Added gradient/shading background to sidebars
• Added better support for TinyMCE
• Avatar friendly - avatars are located within nodes - right aligned
• Scrubbed, rinsed, and dried...

There are a number of issues that still need to be given attention:

TO DO:
• Come up with a better search box solution. The current search box is rather lame and a bit inconsistent between browsers.
• IE6... need I say more? Although I had created a separate stylesheet for IE6, there are still some issues (e.g., Admin section).
• Need to add a function to adjust the main content according to the absence/presence of the sidebar(s) (e.g., if only one sidebar is activated, the main content should expand to fill the missing sidebar's space) - this function is part of the previous version of Amadou (see: template.php). I have not yet created the function for 3.x
• Create a version for Drupal 6.x
• etc... etc...
