Printing out tags as a category list?

Hi there,

I searched and came up with some tag cloud stuff, but it isn't exactly what I want (and not for v5 seemingly). I've been tagging my articles, and what I want to do is publish a topic list on the home page. Probably not by weight, like a tag cloud, but just instead a listing of the tags, that would be dynamic should I add more tags.

Can I do this with a view perhaps? Any suggestions?
