Mention "Time-based One-time Password Algorithm" (TOTP) on the project page

It'd be useful to mention "Time-based One-time Password Algorithm" (TOTP) on the project page as I was searching based on that and it took me a while to find this module. Ideally the module should probably be called TOTP because Google Authenticator just happens to be an app that implements the TOTP standard (I know its a pain to rename though).
