No. I have not updated my own site to Drupal 7 yet.

I would also like to see this module ported to D7 with the ability to redirect the user to a "Sabbath" page depending on their geographical location during Sabbath time. Admins could then use a variety of modules like Quotes or Bible to create content for it! I'd be willing to sponsor this if reasonable.
