Patch for current TAC version fails (TAC Integration)

I tried to get the TAC integration to work, by applying the 3 patches ( http://ftp.scbbs.com/pub/drupal/TAC_OG/ ) for node, TAC and og-modules, as suggested in the readme of og user roles.

All went fine until I tried to apply the patch to the latest TAC (Result: 4 out of 4 changes failed). I tried patching it with all of the available 5.x and 5.x-dev releases (Releases from: http://drupal.org/node/10126/release ), but every version would fail, including "5.x-1.x-dev", which has been updated after the patch (June 5th vs June 15th).

I guess it just fails because the code has changed too much. I could try to apply the changes manually by checking each line of it and then figure out what to change, but the patch is pretty big and I don't feel that I'm familiar enough with both of the modules...

So, would it be possible to get from some kind person
a) a new path for the latest TAC (5.2 dev or stable maybe?)
b) OR the 5.x-1.x-dev version of "taxonomy_access.module"-version for which the patch was made?
c) OR just get a already patched version of "taxonomy_access.module"?

Would appreciate some help with this.
