thanks for the great module, i keep getting this random error on pages

Notice: Undefined index: #node in rate_expiration_form_alter() (line 120 of /var/www/sites/all/modules/rate/expiration/rate_expiration.module).
Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in rate_expiration_form_alter() (line 123 of /var/www/sites/all/modules/rate/expiration/rate_expiration.module).

any ideas?
